Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders via trusted carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or India Post depending on destination).

Delivery timeframe:

  • Domestic (India): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days (depending on location)

Import Duties

  • For international orders, please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are imposed by local authorities and are not included in your order total.

  • These charges must be paid by the customer directly to the courier or customs office upon delivery.

  • Shipping Origin
  • Your order may be shipped from either our India warehouse or our U.S. warehouse (depending on stock availability).
  • Return & Refund Policy

  • We have a 14-day return policy. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as received

    • In original packaging

    • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

  • Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with clear photos and details.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions.

  • Non-Returnable Items
  • We cannot accept returns under these conditions:

  • Change of Mind: Orders cannot be returned simply if you no longer want the product.

  • Minor Printing Variations: Slight differences in cover color or paper tone may occur due to manufacturing and are not considered defects.

  • Used Books: Any item that shows signs of use, writing, or wear is not eligible for return.

  • Return Process

  1. Log in to your account and request a return from your order page.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and prepaid return label (if applicable).

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  4. Drop off at the mentioned courier location or schedule a pickup.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Exchanges
  • For faster service, please place a new order and return the original item.
  • European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
  • For EU customers, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping charges still apply unless the item is defective or damaged
